GrayStone's experience in aircraft lighting has lead us to develop a number of custom EBPS designs for the aircraft industry that comply with FAA regulations. Our EBPS designs feature embedded controllers that monitor and control key EBPS functions and integrate easily into existing aircraft lighting systems.
GrayStone Industries is proud to have been awarded the Platinum Master Certification by the Microchip Design Partner Review Board.
GrayStone Automation is a division of GrayStone Industries, a Nevada company since 2006.
Our custom EBPS designs feature embedded controllers that monitor and control key EBPS functions such as multi-mode charging, low and dead battery detection.
In a survivable passenger aircraft accident, the occupants must evacuate the aircraft rapidly before they are overcome by a post crash smoke and fire.
Post crash fires may occur when large quantities of fuel spill out of the tanks and are ignited. The cabin then becomes filled with dense smoke, and visual recognition of the cabin layout as to aisles, seats, and exits becomes progressively less defined.
It is critical that, as soon as the evacuation of cabin passengers has been ordered by the crew, that the evacuation be supported by a reliable emergency lighting system with an EBPS capable of providing plenty of power to facilitate evacuation. GrayStone custom EBPS are designed to do just that.
